had a great sunday today!
looking forward to school tomorrow.
excited but not excited at the same time.
haha what confusing emotions i have.
had like a really nice talk today with martin..
i think these kind of stuff always puts things back into
perspective. which is good for a haphazard person like me.
wonder what tomorrow will bring.
and i wonder what the future will be like.
hmmmm.
i'm not going to think too much and just enjoy the present.

sermon today was about intrinsic and extrinsic motivation

(intrinsic motivation: You feel motivated to do a task because you enjoy the process
e.g practising the piano and loving it
extrinsic motivation: you don't enjoy the task but you are still motivated to do it because you enjoy its benefits
e.g practising the piano and hating every second of it, but you still do it to get an A grade/win a competition/get an award blah)

which got me thinking alot about my own motivation concerning my salvation.
need to time to reflect.
